Can I request a custom roast level?
Not at the moment, but it's something we're actively working on. Stay tuned for updates!
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
We currently ship within the Philippines only. International shipping is something we're exploring, watch out for updates.
How should I store my coffee after opening?
Store in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture. Room temperature in a cool, dry place is ideal, no need for the fridge.
What's the shelf life of Ef's Coffee?
Coffee doesn't really expire, but it's best enjoyed within 4–8 weeks of the roast date for peak flavor. The roast date is printed on every bag.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we do offer wholesale orders. Please message us in advance so we can confirm availability based on our current green bean supply.
Is the packaging recyclables?
We're actively working toward more sustainable packaging. Our current bags are resealable to help extend freshness in the meantime.
